Turn off flash?

Can I just plain turn off flash on a whole website? I have found that turning off flash on the http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/ website gets rid of the moving ads that you can't see in the US. I've installed FlashToggle which works but it would be so much better if it would happen automatically so that I don't forget to turn flash back on again for other sites.

I guess that's a no then and not something that AdMuncher can do for me. Ah well it was an idea.
