Remove section from a site.

On the site http://www.aftonbladet.se I would like to remove the three sections that I've drawn a red rectangle around. The one on the left, as well as right, goes down the entire site, and they just bug the heck out of me and I've tried numerous ways of doing it, but with no success. Please, help me?

your screenshot is kind of vague...
Add CSS to all pages:
.abHeader, #abRightColumn, #abLeftColumn {display:none}

Sorry about the screenshot. After looking at your solution it just hit me, I'm kind of a retard now days
I was adding "renmove div/spans with text": .abHeader {display:none; !important;}No wonder it wouldn't work. It's just a long time since I needed to hide something from that site (the launched a new version a day ago or so). Now it works again. LoL!!
