Unable to filter "Paid Post" ads

So the Baltimore Sun has started inserting "Paid Post" ads in the middle of their articles with tabels (Example here http://www.baltimoresun.com/entertainme ... story.html) via I'm guessing CSS. What could I put in as a custom filter to block them?

which browser are you using?
