Problem with eBroacast.com.au web page

Postby Graeme » Fri Dec 26, 2008 6:41 am

Hi all. :D

I am having a problem with web page http://www.ebroadcast.com.au/TV/static/ ... rnoon.html?

There are advertisements hosted on triblafusion.com and although a filter to block retrieval of images with URL tribalfusion.com works 90% of the time, I still get the occassional advertised. I have also tried blocking retrieval of the URL. A screen shot is below showing the ad and next to it, the properties of the image.

Whilst it's no hassle if this cannot be removed, I prefer the clean filtered look and this just ruins it for me.

Any ideas as to what I am missing ? I'm usually 100% successful at creating my own custom filters but this has me puzzled.

Graeme

Unable to duplicate this.

All ads are removed here.
That's not an ad blocker... THIS is an ad blocker.

Thanks for looking Jeff.

I refreshed the page a dozen times since your reply and got an advertisement once. My browser cache has been cleared as well.

Very odd indeed. This has me stumped. :)

Oh well ... the other ad that appeared was http://cdn5.tribalfusion.com/media/1282266.jpeg ... had inline image here but AdMuncher kept blocking it.

I might have to add a customer URL filter in my router or HOSTS file.

UPDATE: I have now blocked s2d6.com and and exponential.com via custom filters and images have disappeared. It appears the web page has a Javascript program which randomises ads from s2d6.com ... I think.
