Jeff, generally, the ads are removed from facebook I play a game on facebook called mobwars and the only time I get the ads on the right are when I play the game. Otherwise, the ads aren't there. Occasionally I will get a normal facebook page with ads, I just hit refresh and the ads aren't there when the page reloads.

If you clear your cache and cookies properly, delete any custom entries you may have added for facebook and then login again the ads WILL be gone.

I've done that a few times. When first visiting the site they aren't there, but usually after browsing around or checking a few profiles they eventually pop up on the right :?
