I think I've been using Admuncher for 10 years, seems like forever. Anyhow, this is the first error I've ever seen the entire time.

I do use the Win7 sleep mode alot, this happened not too long after resuming browsing in Chrome after a sleep session. Chalk it up to an "isolated incident" or do I have an issue here?

[edit] Seems to have cleared up for no apparent reason after an hour. Reboots etc didn't help. Also, forgot to ask the most important question when I originally posted: How many connections is too many for Admuncher?? This was my main reason for posting, was horrified when I came back several hours later and read my own post :P

This part of Ad Muncher is being replaced soon.

v5.x is getting brand new routing engine which should bring many improvements and fixing this error as a bonus. :)

stay tuned.

I must support Bubbly on this topic it is driving me to a stage of getting rid of Ad Muncher.

As you are aware I have already raised this subject directly with you so please give us an indication how long we are expected to suffer (for various reasons I have reload my browser frequently).

This is caused by a 3rd party application on your computer.

Our work is merely a way to handle the problem caused by this other software.

You can fix this yourself by finding the source of the problem on your end removing that software from your computer.

v5.x is not done yet.

look at all of your security applications and p2p apps.

security applications and p2p applications are usually the culprits.

And if not those 2 check basically any application(s) that connect to the Internet.

I've never ran into that error and I can easily have a few thousand connections at 1 time.

I reported about this issue a while ago too.

On my computer I think it was Avast causing this error to pop up every now and then. But I have since moved on from Avast to Webroot Secure Anywhere and while I don't see this error pop up as much I do still see once in a while. Especially when I am loading web pages with lost of photos and gifs on them like on a picture mesaage board for example.

But I am very happy to hear this will be much improved in Ad Muncher 5.0 if and when its ever released :) lol
