Internet Explorer 11

Postby american » Sun Dec 29, 2013 3:49 pm

Hello,

Ad Muncher doesn't remove any ads in Internet Explorer 11. I use Windows 7 64 bit, Service Pack 1. All other browsers are OK (Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome).

Thank you.

Same here, AM is KO vs. IE11 (x64)
Until version 5 (hopefully before the end of the century since it's been announced ever since last century), I"ll remove AM: useless.

There are many great browsers that can be used in the mean time, so useless is obviously hyperbole...

I agree, my statement was hyperbole.
I've been using AM for years, always with the same satisfaction. The point is I was simply deeply annoyed when I discovered that present Ad Muncher did not handle IE11.
IE11 is not, but not at all! my default browser, but if I have to use it I really appreciated by the past to have AM close its advertizements as it does with other browsers, not to mention all applications that call the Web.
But but but : true that AM stays very operational for other browsers.
I'll just have to wait, eagerly, for future Ad Muncher 5
Sorry for having been unfair towards an application which has accompanied me since practically my start with the Web (2000).
Long live Ad Muncher, do keep on the good work :)
