Chrome 33.0.1750.146 m and AdMuncher

Postby PeterT » Thu Mar 06, 2014 12:11 am

Something seems to have changed with the newest update to Chrome 33.0.1750.146 m

Ads appear to be no longer blocked.

On the same PC using Firefox ads are still being blocked.

Any data I can gather to investigate this?

Why not.. In FireFox I see no ads there.

In Chrome, I see an ad at the top right above the Live TV area, and three ads at the bottom beneath the TV & Video box. Again no sign of these in FF.

This is a Windows 7 / 64 bit environment.

I've even totally reset AdMuncher to defaults and see the same behavior.

OOPS..

Full reset and all does seem to work now!

Sorry

Chrome is filtered just fine here.

What 3rd party security or network apps are you running?
