My second wish-list item would be to have to ability to assign any filter to a specific URL or maybe exclude specific URLs from a particular filter.
I have encountered situations where a filter I created to block something I don't want to see on page "hxxp://a" blocks something I do want to see on page "hxxp://b".

Make a more intelligent filter. 
In most cases there is a solution to get what you want and only what you want removed.
