Don't know if this has been around (lazy, didn't use search as I should've). Anyhow, I love this feature, but rarely has it ticked. But I would want an option added to "my filters-list" so that I can add:
www.somesite.com / "Prevent interference with mouse usage on site".

The new interface and filtering engine that will be introduced for v5.x will have the ability to set per site filters.
