There is no ETA but yes it is planned.

Ad Muncher 5.0 doesn't exist but its in the process of existing.

Although I too really want Ad Muncher for Mac OS X the developers have made it clear that their top priority is to release a Ad Muncher 5 version that can do a better job of filtering ads before releasing a Mac OS X release. I don't expect you will hear of an update on Mac OS X for some time because they need to finish and release a stable version on Ad Muncher 5 before releasing any release for Mac OS X.
