Jeff/Murray, no doubt you're already aware of the aforementioned hosts file found here - http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
I just wanted to get your opinion on it. Is it worth having on the system or does Ad Muncher block the majority of that list anyway? Are there any drawbacks to running such a large hosts file?

I would suggest not using it.
a HOSTS file doesn't support whitelisting so it's impossible to fix adblock detection for videos etc...
There's no reason to use it for ad blocking.
for malware or something else, then fine.
