Install Google Chrome ad

It's not a popup, it appears on the upper right corner "install google chrome".
There is an X to close this irritating box, but how do I get it to not appear at all ?
It keeps coming back from time to time

Note: the box and some google links don't appear until the mouse moves.

It's not always there can take some browser sessions.
I do not want to install Chrome so I guess it will keep bugging me from time to time.
Once you install Chrome it's probably gone
I'm working on it to get ridd of this

Don't give them external applications for something Ad Muncher can do.

A custom filter is the correct way to go.
