Did you not read what I wrote?

We already started down the path we are on and it's impossible to do anything else until it's finished.

These are technical limitations. Not something we can just ignore.

Once we do fix hulu why wouldn't you renew?

Yes, I read what you wrote. You should have thought about the outcome 6 months ago. A broken program should be fixed before letting you subscriber base suffer while you work on a toolbar. It makes no sense to me ?????

Even tho I feel betrayed, I will renew if you fix it.

Can you patch an older version and release to us ?

it's a single site vs all of the internet.

Betrayed?

why?

We started down this path and then hulu broke....it was bad timing only.

Nothing we did wrong on our part.

You are still better off with Ad Muncher than without, yes?

You can exclude hulu if the present behavior is annoying to you.

Most users would rather wait then watch the ads.

Hi Jeff,

I as well have to chime in, I agree that Hulu is "Just One site" VS the entire internet and your program does many things so well!! I'm actually a programmer as well so I understand you working on several things at the same time, either trying to resolve a problem or coding a new set of options/features etc. BUT *IF* a program I support has a major BUG for OVER 6 months (as yours does, that MANY MANY end users use and rely upon) and the end users are complaining, it's really time for ME to STOP all other development/changes and look into that bug, you on the other hand just think it's OK for a MAJOR BUG to go un-resolved for 6 months or MORE, hey some day I might get to it and look into your problem, no big deal, BUT it's your company & software, just not the way MOST people would handle the situation, I'm sure MANY people here would agree and will say so!!

What if they can not actually make it work any more with Hulu? I'm starting to suspect it. Let's face it, they probably have more money and programmers than Murray. I think HULU must be a very popular website for a program like this, so it should be a priority. (I know it's probably #1 useful for me)

OK, if it isn't a BUG in your software, then HOW long will it take before "It's not really a bug before Ad Muncher works again on Hulu? It's NOT a BUG but been BROKEN for 6 months or am I wrong??

The ads are blocked.

You just have to wait.

You can add a whitelist to allow the ads and then the experience will be exactly the same as if Ad Muncher wasn't installed.

That's clearly not something I can do by default since blocking the ads, even with the wait, is better than nothing for most users.

Jeff,

Do U seriously think this is the answer to your NON-response on fixing Ad-Muncher on Hulu.com? The Ad's on Hulu are not blocked and for you too state "You can add a whitelist to allow the ads and then the experience will be exactly the same as if Ad Muncher wasn't installed." WOW, so why am I paying for Ad-Muncher Jeff?

The ads are blocked. At least for me they are.

I get a black screen saying "you are blocking our ads"

this is how it's been the entire time...

if you see ads all the time then something else is going on there for you.

Jeff,

Please don't treat me as stupid, U know I'm seeing exactly what U R seeing on Hulu.com, the Ads are blocked just as U see them & U don't have a FIX after 6 months of the same problem last Sept until today, U have many excuses but ZERO resolutions...
