That page is encrypted.

Ad Muncher can't filter encrypted pages.

I am viewing it via http://startpage.com not https://startpage.com I went here http://startpage.com/do/preferences.pl? and unchecked secure socket layer.
If I am wrong and an http site can also be encrypted, sorry for the mistake.
