I have tried everything I can think of but my ctrl - right click quit opening my toolbar today. Everything else seems to be working normally.
Any ideas?

Firefox 40.0.3 and IE8.
Will not work on any page.
Same behavior on all 3 of my computers.
Worked fine previously including as recently as this morning.

Reboot and launch Ad Muncher as admin...
if it still doesn't work something else is broken on your end since Ad Muncher hasn't changed.

First off, I'm not sure why the toolbar will open on some pages and not others so I will retract that it quit working on all 3 of my computers. I have figured my problem out and didn't go back and fool with the other 2 as I don't use them and their users don't use the toolbar so I don't care if it works or not.
I managed to trace my problem to the file "License.dat". Replaced it with a backup from a few days ago and my toolbar is working again. I had to wake up several hours earlier than usual yesterday and was pretty much brain dead by time I noticed this problem last night or probably would have figured it out then

are you using 4.94 ?
also the toolbar will not work no any page Ad Muncher can't filter.

Yes, using 4.94. Is "License.dat" even required now that AM is fee? Didn't try it without it.
Figured that out about the https and also tried the other 2 computers for the heck of it and the toolbar still won't open on them.
Edit: Deleted "License.dat" and "Registration.dat" from the other 2 computers and restarted AM on them. The files were recreated and the toolbar works on them now also. I think I just copied my entire data folder to them so they had all my custom rules back when AM went free.
