Problem with AOL Player

I am unable to view any clips in the AOL player. I have tried all the personal filters but it still will not get pass the loading video phase. I can get it to work if I disable ad muncher. Any ideas on how to fix this? Ad Muncher v4.7 Build 27105/1587

What browser were you trying it in?

The video loads here for me in IE6.

Do you have any custom entries?

Are either of the last two options on the Advanced tab enabled?

Try disabling your custom list and those two options if they are enabled and try again.

Jeff, tried what you said to do but I still cannot get the video to load unless I disable ad muncher. I guess I will just have to diable the program to watch the video. Thanks for your help.

Did you clear your browser cache when doing the tests?

Are any of the options on the advanced tab enabled?

Doesn't make any sense.

Clear your cache, clear your Ad Muncher's logs tab.

Load the player.

Paste all of your triggered entries here.

Wrong category.

I said the triggered filters category, not the "link target urls" category.

Jeff, Sorry for being dense but I am not exactly sure what you mean by triggered alerts. Could you please tell me where the triggered alerts is? I appreciate that time you have spent.

On the "Logs" tab of Ad Muncher, select "Triggered filters and options" from the drop down list.

I need these to tell me what Ad Muncher is doing.

Disable your custom list and clear your cache first.

Edit your previous entry so as to keep the clutter to a minimal.
